Experience

Rish is a Director at HVS Middle East and Africa. He has more than 17 years of experience in hotel realty across more than 40 countries and three continents and has completed several strategic assignments for some of the best-in-class international hotel companies, brands, family businesses, and institutional investors in the hospitality sector. His experience spans across hotel transactions (buy and sell side), operator searches, hotel management and franchise contract negotiations, situation analysis, asset management, individual and portfolio valuations, feasibility studies, and corporate strategy.

Before joining HVS, he held various positions in luxury hotel operations, pre-opening, project, and asset management. Rish holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a First-Class Honors degree in Hotel Management from the University of Huddersfield. He is a Chartered Surveyor and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
