Preston Puleo, a Vice President with the HVS Boston and New York offices, executes hotel consulting and appraisal assignments in hospitality markets throughout New England, as well as New York and New Jersey. Preston graduated with honors from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and has worked as an associate with a hotel asset management firm in Providence, Rhode Island. Patrick Bursey, a Vice President with HVS San Diego, recently relocated to San Diego from Colorado. Patrick works on hotel appraisals for single assets and portfolios across the United States, with a focus on southern California and San Diego County in particular. Before joining HVS, Patrick worked as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Epiphany, a strategic branding agency for luxury hotels and resorts.
