Featured in the survey is a listing of 2004 sales of $10 million or greater compiled by HVS. HVS defines a major transaction as a sale of a single hotel at $10 million or greater, or a portfolio sale where the principals involved in the portfolio, allocated an individual hotel at $10 million or greater.
