David Ling, Chairman of HVS China and Southeast Asia announced the appointment of Annie Wang as Vice President of HVS in Beijing, as well as the promotion of Tan Wei See as Partner of HVS in Shanghai.
Annie is responsible for hotel market studies and financial feasibility studies, operator selection, hotel evaluations, and performance reviews in the hotel consulting business for HVS throughout China. She has hotel development experience in Beijing, Tianjin, Jiangxi, Hunan, Fujian, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Yunnan and Mongolia.
Prior to joining HVS, Annie worked for CBRE as the Director of Hotels and before this, Horwath HTL. Annie also worked with the Educational Institute of The American Hotel & Lodging Association as Project Director. She is a graduate of the University of Surrey in England.
Wei See has 18 years of hotel and real estate experience. She is qualified to advise developers and investors on mixed-use developments covering hotel, commercial (office and retail), industrial and residential projects across China and Southeast Asia. As a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), United Kingdom, Wei See is expert at identifying upsides in real estate opportunities and values for our clients. Wei See graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Estate Management from the University of Heriot-Watt in Scotland.
