HVS Senior Managing Director Suzanne R. Mellen was selected as a 2013 Northern California Commercial Real Estate Woman of Influence, a bi-annual program sponsored by the San Francisco Business Times and Allen Matkins. This program was established in 2009 to highlight women’s contributions and achievements across the spectrum of disciplines in the real estate industry. Fifty-five women are recognized based on the deals, projects, and transactions they have been involved in over the past two years. In addition to online and printed editorial coverage, a luncheon to honor the awardees will be held on October 2, 2013.

Suzanne R. Mellen, MAI, CRE, FRICS, ISHC is the Senior Managing Director of Consulting & Valuation for HVS San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles offices and HVS Gaming Services.
