Andrew J. Tuchler is HVS/Ultimate Hotel Parking Solutions’ Managing Director. He founded UHPS’ sister company, Ultimate Parking, Inc., in 1989 and has grown it to over 400 employees with annual revenues exceeding $10 million. In 1998, Mr. Tuchler founded Premier Curbside Valet, which provided valet parking services at Logan International Airport in Boston, grossing in excess of $5 million annually. Prior to that, he founded Ultimate Livery Services in 1997, a full service transportation company. Mr. Tuchler has earned a reputation as one of the parking industry’s leading authorities, particularly with respect to the hospitality industry. He serves on several non-profit boards, including the Genesis Fund, Ellis Memorial Settlement House, and the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
Brian E. Falvey is HVS/Ultimate Hotel Parking Solutions’ Managing Director, responsible for the overall management of the company. In particular, he manages strategic relationships, leads business development initiatives, and coordinates product and service offerings. His legal background is instrumental in performing contract assessments and negotiations on behalf of clients. Prior to joining HVS/UHPS, Mr. Falvey was an attorney at Metaxas, Norman & Pidgeon, LLP, a boutique business law firm in Beverly, Massachusetts. Prior to MN&P, Mr. Falvey served as Vice President of Business Development & Legal Affairs for Commerce.TV Corporation, a 200-person technology development and service company in the television industry. While there, he was instrumental in establishing Commerce.TV as a national business-to-business brand and rolling out the company’s nationwide service. Mr. Falvey began his career as a corporate attorney with the large Boston law firm of Sullivan & Worcester, LLP.
