David will be responsible for this office's valuation and consulting work. David was formerly a Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Advisory work for Asia with Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. He had been with Jones Lang LaSalle for the past twelve years, and previously spent ten years in the UK and Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree (with Distinction) in Valuation and Land Economy from Curtin University in Australia, and a Master of Science in Urban Land Appraisal from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom. David Ling is a Licensed Appraiser, registered with the Inland Revenue Authority. He is also a registered member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (MSISV).
