Denver, CO, June 27, 2019: HVS, the leader in global hospitality consulting, is pleased to announce expansion of its North America Brokerage & Advisory division with the addition of Dustin Robinette and Kelson Reimer.
Effective June 17, 2019, Dustin Robinette joins the HVS Brokerage & Advisory division as a Vice President, and Kelson Reimer joins the team as an Associate; both Dustin and Kelson will be based in Denver.
HVS Americas’ President, Rod Clough, explains, “The addition of Dustin and Kelson helps us provide current and future clients a wide array of services tailored to their specific markets. We are thrilled to have them join the team and bring their expertise to HVS.” HVS offers services across all hotel segments, with focus on premium-branded, select-service hotels and single-asset dispositions, portfolio sales, and transaction capitalizations.
Dustin, a commercial broker with a consultative approach, has participated in dozens of hotel transactions across the United States. His experience encompasses branded, well-positioned, select-service to distressed full-service assets. Prior to joining HVS, Dustin spent three years with Marcus & Millichap in Kansas City and Denver, where he was involved in all elements of the brokerage process for transactions throughout the Midwest and Mountain states.
Kelson Reimer brings experience building private client relationships with owners across Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah, having evaluated hundreds of hotel assets within the region. Prior to joining HVS, he executed transactions throughout the Southwest and Mountain states at Marcus & Millichap. He also has many years of hotel operations and development experience working in a family-owned business, Main Street Management, that has built and operated Hilton and Marriott hotels.
