Ajay Mehtani has joined HVS as Senior Vice President, based in New Delhi. Ajay has over 26 years of experience in Hospitality, FMCG, ITES and Private Equity. He has worked with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) leading the Sales and Marketing function in Southwest Asia to grow the presence of IHG brands to over 3500+ rooms across InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn brands in the region. Ajay has worked with Quatro Global Services looking after the Travel & Hospitality Solutions division and with Duet India Hotels handling Asset Management and Development for an investment of over $300 million in internationally branded mid-scale hotels across India. Prior to joining HVS he was working with Starwood Hotels & Resorts as Regional Director - New Builds, Transitions & Franchise Support for South Asia. He has completed his Master’s in Marketing and Hospitality with Certification in Digital Marketing, Foundation of Business Strategy and in Fundamentals of Revenue Management.
Radhika Puri Pangasa has joined HVS Executive Search as Senior Manager, based in New Delhi. During her career of 15 years, Radhika has worked in Human Resources with ITC Hotels in India and as an independent HR Consultant in the Middle East. She spent the last ten years spearheading her own HR & Executive Search Consultancy in India specializing in the Hospitality & Service Industry. Her expertise lies in Executive Search, Human Resource Consulting and Organizational Development. Radhika has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and completed her graduation from the prestigious Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi.
Smriti Anand has joined HVS Executive Search as Manager, based in New Delhi. Smriti has worked for 10 years in leading international firms of which the last 7 years. have been with the Executive Search business. Along with diverse exposure on searches across various industries and sectors, she has been a team member on several CXO mandates. She has completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science followed by her post-graduation in Human Resources. Prior to joining HVS Executive Search, Smriti was working with the global search firm, Accord Group at their India office in New Delhi.
