Hosted by HVS, the 5th edition of THINC Indonesia, which took place on 6 and 7 September at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, concluded on a high note. The conference lived up to its reputation of being a one-of-a-kind, premier hospitality event in the region, bringing together close to 180 industry stakeholders, business leaders and key decision-makers from across 14 nations. Motel One in Berlin’s Spittelmarkt District Sold  

M&G Real Estate has acquired the Motel One Berlin-Spittelmarkt, in Germany, from Commerz Real for approximately €43 million (€142,000 per room) Commerz bought the 303-room hotel, on Leipziger Strasse, as a forward deal and on completion of the project in it 2010 it was kept in its Hausinvest property fund.
