Dana’s past experience in hospitality includes hands-on roles at the Westmoreland Country Club in Wilmette, Illinois; the Fairmont Copley Plaza hotel in Boston; and the Chicago Hilton. She earned an Executive MBA and MS degree in Hospitality Administration from the École hôtelière de Lausanne and a BS from the School of Hospitality Administration at Boston University.
