Jordan Kellerman is a Senior Project Manager in the HVS Miami office with significant consulting and valuation experience in numerous markets, particularly with large-scale and complex projects. Jordan's commercial real estate expertise includes appraisals, market and feasibility studies, ad-valorem tax valuations, and purchase price allocations specializing in hospitality assets.
Born and raised in Miami, Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida with a major in finance and a minor in entrepreneurship. While in college, Jordan started his own financial services practice in Coral Gables with Northwestern Mutual as a financial representative. After obtaining a 2-15 Health, Life, and Annuities License through the successful completion of a 40-hour course and state exam, Jordan learned wealth management strategies while effectively selling those skills and services. In the summer leading into his senior year, Jordan took a more traditional corporate finance role in Stamford, CT with General Electric Capital, Retail Finance. While continuing to immerse himself in world of financial services, Jordan created a predictive financial model that analyzed payment rates on credit cards that accumulated receivables in excess of $52 billion.
Jordan is currently a registered trainee real estate appraiser with the state of Florida and also completed his Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.
In his spare time, Jordan can be found playing beach volleyball, attending concerts, watching the Food Network, DJ'ing, or road tripping with friends.
