A quality, comprehensive hotel appraisal depends on information from many lines of communication--and an appraiser who knows how to tap into them. Meet HVS Atlanta’s Mallory Bryant Hall, a Project Manager exceptionally well versed in the art and practice of hospitality consulting. During every stage of a hotel valuation, from fieldwork and site inspections to finely detailed financial and market analyses, Mallory works to find the answers you need. Trust her to deliver conclusions about your hotel’s feasibility or value that you can comprehend and put to use.
Mallory’s prior experience in hospitality includes service and management roles at the full-service Grand Hyatt hotel in the Atlanta suburb of Buckhead. She formerly gained experience in finance, client service, and marketing at CapTrust Advisors in Tampa and British Education, Ltd., an educational consulting firm operating out of Shanghai, China. Mallory spent six months in Paris studying French language, business, and economics at the Sorbonne, ultimately earning the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris certificate for international business practice. Mallory graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in French and earned her MBA from Les Roches International School of Hospitality Management.
Mallory adores travel and communication with other cultures. In addition to her native English, Mallory speaks French, Arabic, and Chinese (Mandarin). She worked for years as a veterinary tech at the Dale Mabry Animal Hospital in Tampa, helping animals bounce back from abuse, abandonment, or surgery. An accomplished musician, Mallory studied piano and vocals under master instructors and coordinated musical workshops while living in Gainesville. She continues to perform at local venues whenever possible.
