Irmak is a Senior Manager working with HVS Dubai, specializing in hotel valuations, feasibility studies, and return on investment analysis. Irmak holds a bachelor's degree from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland.
 
Prior to joining HVS, Irmak held various operational and administrative positions in hotels and hospitality-related sectors across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
 
As part of the HVS Middle East & Africa team since 2020, Irmak has been involved in a large number of assignments, performed economic feasibility analysis, and several valuation studies involving but not limited to stand-alone hotels and medium-to-large mixed-use developments.
