Fattal Acquires Jurys Inn Edinburgh 

The 186-room Jurys Inn, Edinburgh was acquired by Fattal Properties Europe, a subsidiary of Fattal Holding. The acquisition, totalling £52 million (£279,000 per key) also includes a plot of land nearby with a residential building. The hotel is currently leased to Jurys Inn, which is owned by Fattal Holdings. Fattal plans to extend the property by an additional 101 rooms, build an additional 131-room NYX Hotel, which will be operated by Jurys Inn, and 31 housing units on the plot of land acquired in the transaction.

UBM and Lindorcenia sell the Park Inn Krakow to Union Investment 

The Hamburg-based real estate investment manager Union Investment has acquired the 152-room Park Inn by Radisson in Krakow from a joint venture between UBM Development and Lindorcenia. The acquisition represents Union’s third purchase in Poland over the last twelve months.

32.5% stake in Four Seasons Madrid transferred from Villar Mir to OHL 

The Spanish industrial group Villar Mir has transferred its 32.5% stake in the Canalejas project in Madrid, a mix-used development comprising the future Four Seasons Madrid, 11 ultra-luxury residences and retail spaces to its subsidiary OHL for €50 million. The project will be equally owned by OHL, which already owns 17%, and Israel-based Mohari Limited.
