Maxim Gomez is a Senior Vice President with the HVS Mexico City and HVS Buenos Aires offices. Maxim earned his degree in Finance from Institut Supérieur de Gestion, Paris, and began his professional career in the media and entertainment industry in France. Maxim then moved to Los Angeles where he collaborated with various independent film producers in the investment analysis and budgeting of a slate of international film co-productions, while continuing his education at the University of California, Los Angeles.

In the next stage of his career Maxim returned to his home-city of Puerto Vallarta on the Mexican Pacific, where he provided consulting services for investment in high-end residential properties, as well as income-producing real estate. Maxim also completed a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, all the while being actively involved with the launch of a number of online Travel and Lodging start-ups. Maxim’s multidisciplinary experience within the realms of finance and investment, along with his hands-on background in the real estate and hospitality industries, provide breadth as he works on varied HVS assignments.

Maxim speaks fluent English, French, Russian, and Spanish. He has a passion for exploring cultures while traveling, always looking forward to embarking on the next culinary adventure and, whenever possible, he also enjoys surfing.
