Andrew Frosch is a Senior Vice President for the HVS Americas Brokerage & Advisory division in Houston. Andrew specializes in the acquisition and disposition of hospitality assets and advises both private investors and institutional clients. He has participated in more than 100 hotel transactions valued at over $400 million across the United States; moreover, he has managed hotel transactions of all classes and sizes, from independent, $1-million, limited-service hotels to $50-million, select-service portfolios across multiple states.
Andrew proactively researches and analyzes factors that affect hotel owners to provide up-to-date information, knowledge, and advice to help clients maintain and increase their wealth. This, together with the breadth of HVS resources and Andrew's long-standing industry relationships, provides a unique advantage for his clients. His approach, along with the support of a team of skilled HVS professionals, offers clients an exceptionally high level of execution quality, resulting in a closing rate of over 95.0% on transactions that go under contract. Prior to joining the HVS Americas Brokerage & Advisory division, Andrew held positions as First Vice President Investments at Marcus & Millichap and, earlier, as Director of the National Hospitality Group at Marcus & Millichap, where he executed hotel transactions in the South-Central United States. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) from The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas.
