Tim Barbrook joined HVS Hodges Ward Elliott in 2023 and serves as Head of Debt Advisory across the EMEA region. Based in the London office, Tim leads initiatives for the origination and execution of debt capital.
Tim has over 20 years of front-office capital markets experience, most recently as Head of Debt Finance at Crosslane Fund Managers, focussed on sourcing, executing and monitoring debt finance across a variety of real estate asset classes. Prior to this, he was an Executive Director at Wimmer Financial and a Corporate Banking Manager at Lloyds Banking Group. Tim holds an MBA from the Open University.
