He graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate & Finance, Investment, and Banking. While in Madison, Patrick gained hotel experience working for the Edgewater Hotel. Additionally, his time interning with Landmark Development strengthened his understanding of real estate markets.
