Mitch Reynolds is a certified general appraiser and serves as a Manager of Valuation, Market & Feasibility Consulting at HVS. He has practiced appraisal in both the public and private sectors, having previously worked for the Boulder County and Jefferson County Assessor’s Offices and as a Senior Appraiser with CBRE. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of property types, including retail, industrial, office, subdivisions, and raw land. Mitch has extensive knowledge of property assessment and tax-appeal procedures. He is also a licensed independent real estate broker in the state of Colorado and has over a decade of experience as a real estate investor and property manager. Mitch received his BBA with a focus on real estate from Colorado State University.
