Kristina D’Amico is a Director in the HVS Miami office. Her expertise spans consulting and valuation for both existing and proposed hotels and resorts throughout South Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin America. In particular, she has an extensive background in consulting and valuation of proposed and existing all-inclusive resorts, as well as mixed-use resorts with a residential component. Kristina has also authored several articles on Caribbean markets. Throughout her career, Kristina has performed market feasibility studies for resorts exceeding 1,000 rooms, as well as resorts with ADR levels over $1,000. Additionally, she performed the initial feasibility study and subsequent appraisals for the first Hyatt hotel to be built in Uruguay, which opened in June 2016. Kristina earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida International University with a major in finance and a minor in hospitality studies. She is a state-certified general real estate appraiser (RZ 3822) and is working through the final requirements for her MAI designation.
