Keep an eye on the already started developments in Atyrau, Aktau, Bautino and the like. Look at the geography of the country. Almaty and Astana are almost as far from them as they are from Moscow. As other cities in Russia are beginning to evolve away from Moscow, so will these places do the same from the traditional centres of influence.
