Experience

Raymond Parejo is a consulting and valuation Senior Project Manager in the Boston HVS office. Originally from California, he obtained his Bachelor of Hospitality Administration degree from Boston University in May 2020. In May 2021, he graduated from the Boston University School of Hospitality Administration with a Master of Management Hospitality degree with a concentration in Real Estate, Revenue Management and Analytics. During his time at Boston University, he helped develop a Covid Community Information Exchange for Starbucks to help disseminate relevant information for Starbucks locations. Prior to joining HVS in 2021, he held operations internships with Marriott and Hilton at various properties in California.
