Themis Trakas is a Director with HVS Athens Office. He joined HVS in 2006 having ten years of operational experience in the hospitality industry in Greece, Switzerland, and the United States. He holds an MBA in Accounting from Baruch College in New York and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Cornell University. Since joining HVS, he has completed numerous feasibility studies, valuations, and market research analyses throughout Greece, Italy, Morocco, the Caribbean region, Cyprus, Turkey, Malta, and the Balkans.
Pavlos Papadimitriou is an Associate Director with the Athens Office of HVS specializing in hotel valuation and financial consultancy, and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He joined HVS Athens in late 2007 after completing the MBA programme of Les Roches School of Hotel Management in Switzerland and a BSc in Marketing and Communication from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
