Mr. Feldman has expertise in all facets of Project Management, Architecture and Interior Design, Design Management, and Construction Administration. His experience includes work as Architect and Owner’s Representative in the direction and management of commercial, institutional, educational, residential, and hospitality projects. Complementing his education in Architecture, Mr. Feldman completed his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University and is a member of the Maryland Bar.
Prior to joining JN+A, Mr. Feldman worked on the feasibility, design, and construction of diverse projects including hotels, high-rise commercial corporate headquarters, educational facilities, civic projects, and housing development projects. His experience includes managing construction of several 5-10 million dollar projects at Hess Construction Company. From 1988 to 1994, he was employed as an Associate with Grimm and Parker P.C., where he was responsible for the Architecture and Construction Administration of numerous projects ranging in size from 1.5 million to 22 million dollars.
In addition to hotel, commercial, institutional, and residential design, Mr. Feldman has extensive experience in all phases of construction. He has managed construction from the bidding and negotiation stage through completion of the project.
He received his Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Feldman also served as Director of the Potomac Valley Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. He is also fluent in Spanish.
