Bunmi Oyinloye

Consulting Experience

As the Senior Vice President and leader of HVS Houston's consulting and valuation practice, Bunmi Oyinloye focuses on appraisals and feasibility studies of limited-service and full-service hotels in South Texas, along the Gulf Coast (Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama), as well as in Tennessee and Arkansas. She applies her past experiences in finance and front-line hotel operations to her appraisal work, from site inspection to final analysis of performance and value. Before joining HVS Houston, Bunmi worked in accounting and guest service roles at the Sheraton Dallas North hotel. She formerly worked as a Revenue Specialist for Hilton Worldwide, analyzing the performance of Hilton-branded properties and implementing strategies to increase room nights and revenue. In addition, she previously served as Assistant Manager of Treasury Operations for Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. in Nigeria, daily executing treasury bill and bond trades of more than $100 million. Bunmi earned a master’s degree in Hospitality Management, specializing in Finance, from the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
