Consulting Experience

Annie is a Senior Manager working with HVS Dubai with strategic consulting and advisory experience for hospitality assets across MENA region.

Since joining HVS in 2020, Annie has actively participated in numerous feasibility studies and has executed various development recommendations, provided strategic advisory services, and conducted valuations for projects related to the hospitality industry and destination development within the Middle East. Her role extends to conducting due diligence for hospitality projects and reviewing budgets for operational assets in the region. Additionally, she plays a key role in searching for and assessing operators for hospitality projects in the Middle East. Beyond this, she has been engaged in conducting portfolio valuations for assets in Germany.

Before joining HVS, Annie worked with Colliers International, where she contributed to over 50 feasibility studies and Highest and Best-Use (HBU) assessments for projects in the hospitality sector. These projects encompassed a wide range of facilities, including clubhouses, convention centers, and hospitality components associated with golf courses and equestrian ventures in countries such as the UAE, KSA, Oman, Tanzania, Jordan, Kuwait, and Qatar in her previous role, she managed operational and pre-opening asset management for more than 2,500 keys in the GCC region. Annie was also actively engaged in the process of searching for and selecting operators for assets located in the UAE, KSA, and Oman. Furthermore, she specialized in spa-related projects and contributed to publications covering the UAE, KSA, and Oman markets.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from EBS Business School, Germany, and has also earned an MBA with a specialization in International Finance.
