Since joining HVS, Annie has been involved in projects throughout the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, and other regional markets. She has advised on strategic development plans, conducted detailed market and financial assessments, and worked closely with both private and public stakeholders to guide informed investment decisions.
With a background in international hospitality consulting and asset oversight, Annie brings strong analytical skills and a grounded understanding of hotel operations and development processes. She has also contributed to industry publications and has experience working on valuations and development advisory for portfolios across Europe and the Middle East.
Annie holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from EBS Business School in Germany and an MBA with a specialisation in International Finance. She brings a balanced, commercially aware approach to every engagement.
