Matthew Omansky is a Senior Vice President for the HVS Americas Brokerage & Advisory division in Austin. Matthew specializes in the acquisition and disposition of hospitality assets of all classes and sizes, with over $200 million in hotel investment sales transactions across the country. In his current role, Matthew executes investment sales and business development efforts in Central/West Texas and New Mexico, further strengthening the division’s presence in the South-Central United States.

Matthew brings over nine years of expertise in the hospitality real estate sector and is known for his transparent communication style. He is driven by a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals and a belief in the power of real estate to transform lives. These qualities, together with the breadth of HVS resources and Matthew’s longstanding industry relationships, provide a unique advantage for his clients.

Previously, Matthew held positions as Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap and, before that, as Senior Associate of Hotel Commercial Sales at Ten-X, where he executed hotel investment sales transactions across the United States. Matthew earned his Bachelor of Arts from Colorado Christian University and is a licensed real estate agent in Texas. Outside of hospitality real estate, he maintains a strong focus on fitness, seeing it as a source of discipline that translates directly to his dedication to success for his clients. He actively contributes to organizations like AAHOA, LPS, and SLKPS, reflecting his commitment to supporting the hospitality industry and community.
