Robin Ostrov is Vice President of HVS Executive Search, based in Buffalo, New York. With over 20 years of experience in retained executive search and corporate talent acquisition within the hospitality sector, she specializes in placing top executives in private and publicly traded organizations across restaurants, food service, hotels, private equity, and real estate. Before joining HVS, Robin worked with a leading global search firm’s hospitality practice and spent 15 years on the client side in HR and talent acquisition leadership for a multi-billion-dollar hospitality services company spanning sports, travel, restaurants, and gaming. She holds a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Colgate University.
