Giovanni Fiorin is the Director of F&B Services HVS Italy & Southern Europe.
He is a restaurant & hospitality advisor, manager and entrepreneur with over 25 years of international experience.
Starting his journey at Disney, his career progressed through senior roles across the Caribbean and cruise industry, an advisory chapter in China, and a return to Italy, where, since 2005, Giovanni has led the launch and development of reference F&B projects, from Café Trussardi in Piazza della Scala to the creation of Dry, the pioneering cocktail and pizza concept in Milan.
His career includes strategic roles at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia, Lungarno Hotels Collection, Due Lune Puntaldia Resort & Golf, and the launch of The Wilde Private membership Club & Restaurant Milan.
Today he is considered a reference startupper and advisor on F&B (Concept, Opening, Management) and is currently involved in several projects at the high-end segment of hospitality, restaurant and bar sectors in main European cities and holiday destinations in Southern Europe.
Giovanni’s professional background includes delivering management training for Il Sole 24 Ore. He is presently a faculty member for the Food Entrepreneurship and Business Planning course at IED Florence.
