Qualifications

Scott Rosenberg is a Principal with HVS Design, specializing in hospitality interiors and branding.  He is also President of Nehmer, an international architecture and project-management firm specializing in hospitality. Scott takes a unique, holistic approach to architecture, design, master planning, and real estate strategy to create practical solutions that add value to hospitality assets.
 
He has more than 30 years’ experience in architecture, design, and real estate development. He is a licensed architect in 25 states and the District of Columbia and an NCIDQ certified interior designer. His hospitality experience spans both renovations and new construction for select-service, extended-stay, boutique, full-service, conference-center, and luxury hotels. Scott leads our sustainability initiatives for educating clients regarding the benefits of green design.
 
He received a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida, a Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Johns Hopkins University. He was an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins' masters-level real estate program. Scott is a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of the American Institute of Architects, a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
